Ed,
To reattach the cloth lining remove the entire panel that the cloth is attached
to, clean both the panel and backside of the cloth, get some 3M Super 77(I
think) spray adhesive and carefully reattach, make sure to stretch the material
evenly as you do this or you'll have pleats forming.  The Super 77 is VERY
sticky so make sure you get it right the first time as redoing it would not be
fun.
