4WD on Alfa33

The P4 / Q4 model with the central diff was a series 3 (post
1990) model. Your car will have a lever in front of the gearstick
which operates a clutch to engage 4wd. Works fine in poor
conditions, but with no central diff it does not corner in the
dry with 4wd engaged. Also, using 4wd when there is plenty
of grip will wear out the gearbox and dif.

There was also a 3rd 4wd system on the series 3 cars. This
was switchable like your car, but the clutch to disengage the
4wd was operated by an electrical switch on the dashboard.
