A new Alfa Lover

My brother has never really understood my love for my first Alfa- a 91
Spider.  Well- he's caught the bug!!  He has his eyes on a 164--  What can
you suggest in general terms he watch out for- or look for in his search??
Also- what's a good web site for his "education"  I want him to fully
understand what he's getting into.
