Milano A/C idler frozen

Investigating a squealing belt sound that seemed to be following me
around yesterday i found the AC idler pulley locked up.  After removing
the belt I am wondering if anyone has successfully replaced the bearing
within, or is it a replacement assembly deal?  Won't be able to get to
it till the weekend, so it currently remains on the car.
