Using front and rear lap belt mounting points works well - you end up
with a 6 point harness.  If you replace the mounting bolts with eye
bolts, you can leave stock belts in place and clip in harness just for
the event.

Most attach the fire bottle to the front passenger side floor board just
in front of the seat.  Other locations are ok so long as bottle is
attached to metal component of car and is within arm's reach with driver
strapped in.
