You should probably ask the shop that did the original balance work. The
ones I have dealt with do the balance work in stages. They start by
getting the basic units balanced by themselves, then make minor adjustments
as they add components. I suspect if you have the flywheel and pressure
plate assy balanced, the result should be acceptable for street use. Now if
you really want to turn 7500+ RPM for racing, you better take it apart again.
It's also not a good idea to assemble a motor and let it sit. Depending on
how long it's been sitting, it might need to be taken apart just to make
sure it has a good film of assembly lube on the bearing shells.
