Milano - sell or keep?

                                          03:09 PM 12.29.99

Maybe this is an atypical Milano experience but I have had my car for 6 =
years, spank it regularly, an have never done anything but routine =
maintenance. I put a lot into preventative maintenance, performance =
upgrades, and general good car care practices but not a lot into anything =
else. The 2 wear and tear items I have replaced are a clutch and brake =
pads/rotors.

In contrast my wife's old Honda Prelude was a marvel of un-Honda like =
shoddy assembly and expensive repairs. Our current Audi 90q20v keeps us =
on our toes by breaking something major every 6 months or so. Neither of =
these cars were more reliable than the Milano, and both were a PITA to =
work on in comparison.

If you are willing to do maintenance work yourself than I don't think it =
gets much better than a good Milano. The other cars I have had have all =
been significantly worse. These cars like clean fluids, clean grounds, =
fresh t-belts, a valve adjustment every now and again, and a few minutes =
to warm up before you bury the tach.
