horn wiring

my car is a 1960 alfa 2000 spyder

i just connected the red and black wires to the horn button.
(they were disconnected and the horn did not work)
now the right front headlight wont turn off......is it a high beam??
is there a high beam flasher in the car??
if so am i crossing wires somewhere??
i took out the fuse ...

can someone give me some info please
