My 87 Audi 5000, Audi 200 for you Europeans, turbo Quattro has two afterrun 
systems. First it has a temperature controlled electric water pump for it's 
water cooled turbo. It also has a fan which grabs colder air from beneath the 
car and blows it onto the fuel injectors, the air fan is around 4 inches in 
diameter and around ten inches long. Perhaps you can adapt one from a wrecked 
Audi to blow air on your turbo.
