turbo cooling

hi luca,

years ago, in my turbo-volvo days, i would religiously let the car idle several
minutes prior to shut-down.  to no avail - at ~75k miles, the turbo shit the
bearings.  well, after the installation of a new turbine core, i switched to
synthetic oil, & stopped letting the car idle prior to shut-down.  when i sold
the car a couple years ago, w/175k miles on it, the turbo was still working
great, w/no oil blowing by the bearings.  also, there's a company in california
- - hks - that has special turbo-oiler kits, that continue to circulate oil thru
the system for an amount of time ewe can set, after the car has been shut down.
personally, if ewe use synthetic oil tho, i don't think yule need it...
