Apologies on saying the National was in Washington instead of Oregon. Wrong
damp, foggy, rainy Northwestern State. Not to take anything away from the
Alfa National, however whether it's located in Oregon or Washington, it is
over 2,000 miles for anyone east of the Mississippi. Not a viable option for
most. The fact of the matter is that 99% of the Alfa owners that live east of
the Mississippi won't be attending the National in Oregon. And that 1% that
does 90% of them won't bring their car.

Le Belle Macchine d'Italia is a chance for those owners to attend a large
scale event when the National is geographically removed from them. As an
alternative it offers a more diverse event with more cars. Once describe as a
combination of Concorso Italiano and a Ferrari National. Where else in the
country are you going to see F40s, Testarossas, Diablos, Countachs and Boxers
going wheel to wheel in excess of 160mph? The TV show "Extreme Machines" did
a segment at the event with 7 F40. Or how about a Tipo 33 TT12 going wheel to
wheel with the Ferrari 612 in the banking.

Alfa owners have been missing this event. Visit the event website at
