heater and brakes

1.	Sounds like the heater valve is almost fully plugged.  Time for a
new one.
2.	The brake fluid leaks out of the rear of the MC and into the brake
booster.  It needs to be drained ASAP because the H20 in the fluid, along
with the brake fluid's ability to dissolve paint will trash the booster
diaphragm.  The best thing I've found for draining the booster is a bulb
syringe (aka "ear syringe" at your local drugstore and a piece of vacuum
tubing on the end of it.  Nice and flexible, good suction and cheap!
3.	Brake MCs can be rebuilt, but most regular shops will insist on
installing a new one.  The rebuild kit is about $30 and you'll need a
cylinder hone (~$12).  New ones are about $120.
