Alfetta rear end clunking

Hey cats:

I'm having a hard time locating the source for a clunking
in my Alfetta and was hoping for some ideas.

I hear a low clunking from the right rear when going slowly,
driving over bumps and uneven surfaces. It sounds like something
is in the trunk bumping around - while I'm in the drivers seat.
When I'm in the back seat with someone else driving, it
seems to come from directly under the right rear speaker.

I can't reproduce the noise with the car parked, by jumping up
and down on the back or by pushing on the rear sideways.
Nothing seems loose when I yank and pull at suspension parts
with the car up and the wheel off. I'm not yanking and pulling
with all my strength, though, I don't want the car to fall off the
stands.

Any ideas appreciated.
