Giulia mirrors

Tony Stevens' identification of the standard Giulia Spider exterior mirror as 
part #106.01.61.017.00, thus originally used by Alfa on the 2600 Spider 
(106.01) definitively removes that one from the possibility of being 
exclusively "an 'official' Pininfarina mirror used on any cars made by them, 
Fiat, Alfa etc" as Pininfarina had nothing to do with any production 2600. 
Pininfarina may well have used it on Fiats and other cars, but it would 
presumably have been supplied by some other company, much as the popular 
Vitaloni mirrors were used on all Alfas in the late seventies and early 
eighties.
