Retiring 164

NOW I understand my unusually high level of tire wear on my 164 (FWD), I 
persist in trying to keep all four wheels on the ground, while the 
manufacturer assumed I'd only be using half the tires at a time. I should 
be getting twice the mileage per set, which would be about right!
