SPAIN - dealers and alfa rentals

i'll post again that i've been unable to find any alfa rentals (for under
$110/day) in spain.  pretty soon it will be SEAT or OPEL time.  does
anyone out there have any idea of why alfas are readily available in the
rest of europe for rental, but not in spain?  also,

i remember someone posting a listing about a shipping-friendly alfa
dealer in spain who would ship to the states.  does anyone remember this?
