It's really too bad many of you don't know how to read a wiring diagram 
correctly and it bothers me when you begin digging into electrical stuff
blindly.  For your information about how all power windows work, only two
wires go to the motor from the switch.  Current is fed to the motor in one
direction for up and then polarity is reversed to make it run in the
opposite direction at the switch.  To test if the motor is ok, simply
feed the motor with 12 volts across both wires.  If the motor runs in one
direction. reverse the polarity to make it run in the other direction.  Now
you know whether it is the motor at fault or the switch.  Bet on the switch
