Berlina value?

I have a friend of a friend that needs to sell a '69 Berlina.  It's primer
grey and I'm told it possibly has blown motor (not a mechanically inclined
owner).  Sounds like a great winter project for someone to pickup!!  I just
need some sort of hints as to what price he should shoot for.
