exactly why the '71 is the best year - most of the nice asthetics of the '69
coupled with the top mounted brakes of the later cars.

nothing wrong with the early spica, the only difference (aside from some
minor cam profiling) is a mechanical decel switch vs the electrical decel
switch found in the later pumps.
