You may want to go back to the Audi dealer and have them check it out.

My friend's A4 had a problem with the front door speakers on the standard
system (which Audi replaced, no problem),  Unfortunately the buzzing noise
was still there.

It turned out that the way the door panels are made there is some type of
plastic/foam liner to the door panel which has a tendency to buzz.

Could the A8 have the same problem? Possibly, if they used the same assembly
type.  The fix was to have the panels removed and dampening material placed
between the liner and door.
