Spider ('83) questions

I have a couple of questions regarding my 1983 spider:

1.  Can anyone list the fuse ratings for all fuses in the box  (I don't have
an owners manual for the car)

2.  I seem to recall hearing that the orientation (front/back) of the three
bolts securing the starter motor is critical.  Is this true?  If so, how
should the bolts be fastened?
