Ryan, just a stab (and note others suggestions about belts and 
tensioners etc is probably the correct answer...) but you might check to 
see if you 
are getting any rubbing of the belts and/or pulleys on the right front 
wheel-well splash-guard. I reckon that the motor mounts (which really 
suffer on a fwd car) may be sagging and allowing the front/right side of 
the motor accessory belts etc to rub the plastic liner. Well, without 
knowing the noise its a long short, but since you have to take the splash 
guard off anyhow you may wanna keep an eye out for that anyhow. Best of
