Lancia Appia on eBay

Ok, so I'm searching eBay for my usual list of keywords (alfa, lancia, marelli, etc.) and I found this:

"1954 Lancia Appia convertible. 4-cyl. engine. manual transmission. removable factory hard top EXTREMELY  RARE. We must reiterate that this car is only for PARTS, and as we are selling it EXTREMELY cheep, please do not write us with a long list of questions about which parts are there and which are not, we honestly do not know.
     This is a complete parts car. If you have any questions please e.mail mwmotors@domain.elided"

Currently there's no bids, and the minimum is $200.  The car is in Maryland.  Surely someone should save this - it doesn't really look that bad.
