I received two phone calls this past week regarding Alfas that had met their 
match while doing battle on the road. Both are now for sale. I'm posting them 
on the digest as a favor. NFI. 
The first is a 1972 GTV which was restored in 1989 in LA from where the 
current owner bought it. The damage involves the right front corner of the 
car. The insurance company (no!! not them again!!) said those two little 
words- TOTAL LOSS. The car is in Brooklyn and you can call Walter at 
212-759-5165 (w) or 212-387-8528 (h). He would like to sell the car as a unit.
The second car is a 1992 164L. While avoiding a deer the car had an untimely 
encounter with a tree. Once again- TOTAL LOSS. The damage involves the right 
front door, windshield, dashboard, center console and possibly the right 
front seat. Everything else on the car is in very good shape. Greg, the 
owner, would like to sell the car whole but is willing to part it out. Since 
Greg is difficult to reach he's asked that any interested parties contact me 
off-line.
