164 Alignment

Fred, which spec came first:
The one with zero front toe was the original one specified by Alfa and 
entered in the barcodes of alignment machines everywhere followed by a 
different value after 164 release in US or was it that the zero value was 
released following  and all the barcodes are set to nonzero values and one 
should insist on nonbarcode alignment eachtime?
