Wire harness connectors for Euro 164 Super

I've been fortunate enough to be able to obtain a pair of euro-spec 164
projector headlights for my '91 164S.  Unfortunately, I've been unable to
find compatible plugs ( a five pin connector for the main headlight assembly
and a two pin connector for the turn signal) to adapt my U.S. headlight
harness to these lamps.  Anyone out there who can assist in finding these
connectors with pigtail wires attached so that I can retrofit these lamps?
