Milano L-jet questions

I have a couple of questions about the fuel injection system on the milano.
1. The fuel pressure with the vacumm attach is 30psi at idle but if I rev
'er up it drops to 25, with the vacumm disconnected it is a steady 37psi.
Is the 25 OK?
2. To activate the fuel pump with the air flow meter by moving the vane
should the pump come on as soon as the vane moves. Mine comes on but only
after the vane has moved 5-10 degrees.
3. Can you connect and disconnect the O2 sensor while the engine is
running?
