Hey Kim,

I've got both...but backwards to your idea...my "Summer Car" is an R
Package Miata...my "Beater" is an '87 Milano.  While my wife will argue
that the Alfa's a moneypit, I'll say it's certainly an emotional car,
but well worth the trouble.  My car has far more personality than any of
my friends' and that is worth the price of admission!  Yes, it's a high
maintenance relationship...but then again, so is my marriage!  And
anyone will admit that a great car and a great woman are both worth the
effort.  Get yourself a second car, a more practical one, and you won't
go wrong.  I've had an '82 Saab 900 and an '80 BMW 320i, spent less than
a thousand dollars on each of them, and drove the hell out of
them...I'll never have less than 2 cars again!
