Rear View Mirror

Speaking of mirrors, the rear view on my 82 spider veloce is loose, so
that when I drive it shakes and is basically useless.  How can I access
the bolts to tighten the fit to the frame.  Access to these did not seem
obvious when I first looked.  Thanks again guys.
