RE: Milano brakes

Peter,

I'd check that the rear brakes are properly adjusted first.  I don't know
firsthand but I've heard it said plenty on the digest that too much
clearance in the rear calipers will show those symptoms.  For the brake
lights I'd check the switch located at the brake pedal first.  Mine went
bad a few months ago and was leaving the lights on all the time just like
your car.
