don't we all hate to start a thread like this?  The general consensus and
the official word is NO, Alfa is not coming back any time soon.

On the other hand, and I was *really* going to skip this one, but Tom made
me, this time I heard it directly from my Alfa mechanic, local AROC
executive member.  Yes there is word that Alfa may return within the next
couple of years.......
I don't know any more.  (I pray every day that someday, I'll be reading in
bold flashy letters the so much waited for announcement)
