Milano radiator fan & AC

A point of clarification..............shouldn't the rad. fan come on when=
 you
turn on AC in Milano?  Mine cycles on (20 seconds) & off (5-10 seconds) w=
hen
car is initially started (AC on).  When engine is hot, fan on all the tim=
e
regrdless on engine temp (typically runs around 180F - AC on + Houston 95=
F+ &
traffic!).  =


Relay going bad or...........?

Also fan switch doesn't turn on blower in position 1 (OK in positions 2 &=

3)but does activate internal door on blower chamber (on recirculation
position) - thoughts?
