Milano door locks

Just recently (last night) the door locks on my Milano started acting
up. Every time I lock them from the driver side door (pass. side doesn't
work) from the inside or the outside, all the locks go down but then pop
right back up again. I can't get them to stay locked they always unlock
again! What's the problem here?? Any help would be greatly
appreciated!!!  Thanks
