Camera help - Not Alfa related

I have been using my girlfriends AE1 but that grace period is over. I am

looking for a SLR to use for vacaton shots but also car races, skiing
and trail rides. I have narrowed it down to Canon A2(EOS-5), Elan2,
Nikon N70. Need the wisdom of others. Email direct with opinions and
