Personalized plates

Stephen asks for help on his 164 vanity plates.  Which gave me the push.
For some time I wanted to collect photos of Alfas with interesting License
plates, and place them in my web site for all to see and enjoy.  I don't
know of any other country outside USA (my ignorance, sorry) that allows
personalized licensed plates.

A photo showing the plate clearly plus a description of the car would be
superb.  When I get a few I promise I will publish immediately.

For starters: my ex GTV6 had a plate called "ISSIMA"  Still have the plates.
Another one: "BAIRES A" (no alfa content, just my home city of Buenos Aires,
Argentina)
A few years ago the Alfa Owner magazine used to publish some spotted at the
conventions.  I'll have to dig it up.
