1984 Spider ?s World Upholstery? and Motor Mount replacement?

Hi Alfa Lovers,
I promise I'll try and answer someone elses two questions Later   ;-)  
.....if anyone can help me with mine.
1.....I was wondering if anyone has tried World Upholsteries Seat Kit.  Does 
it fit good. Also do they supply the foam cushion?  anyone ever replace the 
foam with the correct shape?

2....I'm looking to replace the 3 motor mounts on my car.  I know that it can 
be done with the engine still in the car with a jack, but I'm not sure 
exactly how to do it and what parts I have to still remove to get to the 
mounts.  Is the transmission mount easy to do also?  I hope this will solve 
my vibration problem at about 2,800 rpm,, some metal on metal I hope.
