Alfa Power in ISRS

While looking through the www.sportscarworld.com web site, in the 
International Sports Racing Series (World Cup)  I found three teams 
(Lucchini, Siliprandi and Tampolli) running Alfa powered S2 class sports 
racers.  Lucchini is building chassis for two of them.  Can anyone offer 
any details on this series: what engines these teams are using, is there 
factory support, will they be competitive in a field of 333P Ferraris and 
other well established WSC type cars?
