Rock Hard Pedal on Verde?

The brakes on my Milano are on the fritz, big surprise huh.  My brake
pedal is hard as a rock. I already replaced the accumalator. I checked all
of the fuses and they checked out. I think the pump is shot. Any
suggestions?
 The antilock and brake lights are on and the car does not stop.
