I have an Ansa rear section and Stebro center section on my '93 Spider
Veloce.
It sounds great - when I first got the car, I thought it may be a little too
loud. Now I've gotten used to it and I like it A LOT.
I didn't hear the car before getting these installed, though - I was just
aware that the later Spiders had gotten quieter and quieter as the model
years progressed. I wanted mine to sound like the 1600's and 1750's I test
drove before deciding to go with the '93.
It does.

Ansa on a spider vs stock--louder than stock, not objectionable--does seem a
little pretensious with two BIG chrome tailpipes that have tiny real
pipes inside them that in turn go to a single pipe.
Stebro vs stock in a 164L--much louder than stovk, sounds very
strong--like the sound--LOVE the way they are made (great welding--almost
works of art)--would be my choice.
