Have you tried following the loom around in your car to look for any
spots where the loom casing may have worn through due to chafing or
something similar??
We had a volvo 740 turbo that kept mysteriously blowing engine
management fuses and eventually found a spot in the loom where the
insulation was gone and it would short occasionally over bumps.

Then we discovered the joy of Alfas....
