Car Stuff in Dallas/Ft.Worth?

I'll be travelling to Dallas for training starting next Tuesday, 7/27 
through Aug 6. Are there any Alfa or general car events/attractions that I 
should take in while I'm there? I'll be visiting my daughter in Austin over 
the middle weekend.
