Milano ARC - Disco Lights

Noted last week that another member was suffering similar a problem - namely 
erratic or random flashing of the ARC lights.  This usually occurs in m y '89 
Milano when the outside temperature drops down into the 30/40 degree (F) 
range.  Once everything is off - doors closed, hand brake released, etc, the 
ARC regains its composure and all is okay.  I hadn't given it much more 
thought til last week.  Were there any solutions???

Also since yesterday the brake light and brake indicator lights come on when 
the brake is released.  Possible low fluid??  Push brake pedal, pressure 
builds, level okay; release, pressure drops, volume drops??  Does that make 
sense?  Will add brake fluid tmrw and see.
