 1365.85.705 = 56 liter tank for sprint & spider
 1365.95.722 = 84 liter tank for sprint speciale, for sprint & spider, on
 request.
 
 101.02.32.014.00 = strap, fixing fuel tank, for sprint and spider
 101,06.32.014.00 = strap, fixing fuel tank, for sprint speciale
 (and I would assume for fixing the optional tank in the sprint or spider) >>

Based on limited experience (2 Spiders, 3 Sprints - all 1300s) because of 
filler location I don't see how one tank could possibly fit both a Sprint and 
Spider.  I was using the Guiletta 1300  parts catalog #776
It lists 
1365.85.705 as 56 liters - Sprint only
1365.85.721 as 56 liters - Spider, Spider Veloce
1365.85.722 as 84 liters - Sprint Veloce, SS, SZ
