164 windshield bottle level light

Looked at the bottle and said how the hell do you get to that? Alfa Bill
gave some advice such as removing the front splash shields and using a wire
connector (the blue sweezey thing to attach wires together) I did not have
one but just unplugged the sender and made a jumper wire to loop the one
end..no more light on.
