For those who have an interest in intake and exhaust tuning, "The 
Scientific Design of Exhaust and Intake" by Smith & Morrisey (available 
from <http://www.motorbooks.com/>) is an excellent reference on the 
subject. It includes an extensive bibliography of other reference works 
as well. 

Definitely worth reading if you are interested in this stuff.
