Tech Bulletins

For those of you who have asked me for copies of the Alfa Tech bulletins, I
must ask you to order not more than two at a time of the ones you really
need first.  I have had to order new software because my scanner will not
allow jpeg or more than TIFF.  Eudora should arrive via FedEx in a few days.
 Will the AROC Club reimburse me for the new software?  Ciao y'all.  Fred Di
