Frank,
I ordered one of the Alfa jerseys last year.  While it is not of the same
material and quality as a Perl Izumi or Giordana jersey it seems to be OK.
It is 100% polyester and made in Italy.  The sizes run VERY small - I had
to return the first one I ordered and eat all the extra shipping costs.
