Hi
Tinted windows help to keep the car cooler when you drive.
When the car is parked they doesn't help much because the sun heats up the
darkened glass and the inside air gets hot.
While driving the wind cools the windows and the sun doesn't get much inside
so you may feel comfortable even without using AC
I would recommend not more than 50% for the side windows and not more than
70% for the rear, darker windows will make problems driving in nighttime.
Can't you tint the plastic window as well?
