Milano warm start problem

This is a 3.0 Milano with 150,000 miles

Starts fine cold (hit starter for 2 seconds).

But after driving, stopping, and then sitting until temperature gauge reads 
about 120 degree Fahrenheit it will only start by holding accelerator pedal 
to the floor until it starts.

I have already replaced the thermo-time switch and the cold start injector.  
Did not help.  Ideas will be appreciated.
