Spider Oil Change Procedure

Anyone have the oil change procedure for an '89 Spider Grad written up
on a website or somewheres handy?

Being a checkbook mechanic has gotten prohibitive!!!

Oil change + oil and fuel filter change + new brake pads all around +
grease bearings + brake switch = just over $500

Coulda used that towards a 164L.
